Discovery meeting
Every project starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand your home, your lifestyle and your vision before preparing an initial estimate.
In this stage you'll
• Meet with one of our designers online or in our showroom
• Discuss your project, ideas and budget
• Receive an initial estimate
Timeline: 1–2 weeks
Design & quotation
Together, we'll develop your kitchen until every detail feels right. Through a series of meetings and revisions, we refine the design before production begins.
During the design phase
• Develop the kitchen layout
• Choose materials and finishes
• Finalise appliances
• Select your worktop
• Review quotations throughout the process
• Approve the final order
Timeline: 2–8 weeks
Order & delivery
Every Vermland kitchen is handcrafted to order in Denmark. Once your design is approved, our craftsmen begin manufacturing your kitchen.
During production
• Your kitchen is manufactured
• Technical drawings are prepared
• Plumbing and electrical drawings are issued
• Delivery and installation are planned
• Quality control before dispatch
Timeline: 12 weeks
Installation
Choose the installation option that works best for you. Whatever you choose, we'll help ensure everything runs smoothly.
Installation options
• Vermland Installation - We coordinate delivery, installation, worktop fitting and final adjustments.
• Self Installation - We provide technical drawings, assembly instructions and installation support.
• Third-party Installation - Your chosen installer completes the installation using our drawings and guidance.
Timeline: 2–8 weeks
Once your kitchen has been installed and checked, your kitchen is ready

Introduction meeting
After receiving your overall project info we meet and talk about dreams and ideas so our designers can get a better understanding of your specific needs.
Design & quotation
We work on a detailed design proposal of the kitchen based on the decisions made during the meeting.
Order & delivery
When the design has been approved you are ready to place the order and we will deliver the kitchen directly from the workshop to your home or office
