Task & Role Requirements

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets

• Coordinate between design, production, and client teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Track project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle

Team Coordination:

• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
• Lead regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address concerns
• Collaborate with designers, manufacturers, and suppliers to maintain project integrity
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding project updates
• Coordinate with logistics and installation teams for final delivery

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in design, furniture, or related industries
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to completion
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of production processes and supply chain management is a plus

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in furniture or product design

• Proficiency in design software including CAD programs, 3D modeling, and rendering tools
• Experience working with various materials including wood, metal, textiles, and other relevant materials
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production constraints

The Brand & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Vermland's brand recognition and customer loyalty. This role requires a creative mind with a strategic approach to digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand management.

Task & Role Requirements

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

• Optimize Vermland's presence on social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Analyze social media data to identify trends and improve future strategies
• Collaborate with our Performance Agency to drive marketing initiatives
• Manage and create content for our English-language newsletter (1-2 times monthly)
• Develop brochures and web content that align with Vermland's brand identity

E-commerce Management

• Work closely with the development team to set up and maintain product pages and category templates
• Ensure online content accurately represents Vermland's vision and needs
• Manage product imagery and plan renderings as needed
• Handle order processing and management
• Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies and campaigns

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in the design or furniture industry
• Proven track record in social media management and organic growth strategies
• Experience with performance marketing (search and social)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and content management systems
• Creative mindset with a refined aesthetic sensibility aligned with Vermland's vision
• Experience in newsletter creation and management
• Familiarity with Adobe Indesign and other relevant design software is a plus

Kvalifikationer og kompetencer

Vi forestiller os, at du:

• • Har erfaring med projektledelse eller kundekoordination – gerne fra interiør-, design- eller byggebranchen.
  • Har en god forståelse for håndværk og tekniske tegninger – du behøver ikke være ekspert, men skal kunne vejlede kunderne på et grundlæggende niveau.
  • Trives med at have mange bolde i luften og kan holde overblikket i en travl hverdag.
  • Kommunikerer klart og imødekommende – både mundtligt og skriftligt.
  • Er struktureret og vant til at arbejde med digitale værktøjer, gerne Monday.com eller lignende CRM/projektstyringssystemer.
  • Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk
