PROJEKTKOORDINATOR
Vermland er en moderne og kvalitetsbevidst køkkenproducent med base i København. Vi designer og producerer køkkenløsninger med fokus på æstetik, funktionalitet og høj håndværksmæssig standard. Vi vægter den gode kundeoplevelse højt og søger nu en projektkoordinator, der kan tage ansvaret for projektforløbet fra det øjeblik, ordren er godkendt og frem til levering og montering.
Arbejdsopgaver
Som projektkoordinator hos Vermland får du ansvaret for at sikre et trygt og overskueligt forløb for kunden, efter ordren er godkendt. Du vil være bindeled mellem kunde, produktion og samarbejdspartnere, og sikre at al kommunikation, koordinering og planlægning forløber gnidningsfrit.
Dine opgaver inkluderer blandt andet:
- Maintaining customer contact and follow-ups.
- Kundekontakt og -opfølgning
- Koordinering af tidsplaner og leverancer
- Kommunikation med eksterne partnere (fx montører og bordpladeleverandører)
- Håndtering af ændringer og løbende tilpasninger
Kvalifikationer og kompetencer
Vi forestiller os, at du:
- Har erfaring med projektledelse eller kundekoordination – gerne fra interiør-, design- eller byggebranchen.
- Har en god forståelse for håndværk og tekniske tegninger – du behøver ikke være ekspert, men skal kunne vejlede kunderne på et grundlæggende niveau.
- Trives med at have mange bolde i luften og kan holde overblikket i en travl hverdag.
- Kommunikerer klart og imødekommende – både mundtligt og skriftligt.
- Er struktureret og vant til at arbejde med digitale værktøjer, gerne Monday.com eller lignende CRM/projektstyringssystemer.
- Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk

PROJECT MANAGER

Task & Role Requirements
Project Planning & Execution:
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
• Coordinate between design, production, and client teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Track project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle
Team Coordination:
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
• Lead regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address concerns
• Collaborate with designers, manufacturers, and suppliers to maintain project integrity
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding project updates
• Coordinate with logistics and installation teams for final delivery
Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in design, furniture, or related industries
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to completion
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of production processes and supply chain management is a plus

Vermland is seeking a talented and experienced Designer to join our team in Copenhagen. As a continuation of Danish design history, we are looking for a creative individual with a strong aesthetic vision to help shape our product line and drive our design initiatives.
Task & Role Requirements
Design & Product Development:
• Create innovative and functional furniture and product designs that embody Vermland's aesthetic
• Develop sketches, 3D models, and technical drawings for production
• Collaborate with craftspeople and manufacturers to ensure design integrity throughout production
• Balance aesthetic considerations with practical constraints of materials, production methods, and cost
• Participate in the development of new collections and product lines
Creative Direction
• Contribute to the visual identity and aesthetic direction of the brand
• Develop design concepts for exhibitions, showrooms, and product photography
• Ensure consistency in design language across all product categories
• Stay current with design trends while maintaining Vermland's unique design philosophy
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in furniture or product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and aesthetic sensibility
• Proficiency in design software including CAD programs, 3D modeling, and rendering tools
• Experience working with various materials including wood, metal, textiles, and other relevant materials
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production constraints
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Architecture, or related field
• Knowledge of Danish design history and contemporary design landscape

BRAND & MARKETING MANAGER

The Brand & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Vermland's brand recognition and customer loyalty. This role requires a creative mind with a strategic approach to digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand management.
Task & Role Requirements
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
• Optimize Vermland's presence on social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Analyze social media data to identify trends and improve future strategies
• Collaborate with our Performance Agency to drive marketing initiatives
• Manage and create content for our English-language newsletter (1-2 times monthly)
• Develop brochures and web content that align with Vermland's brand identity
E-commerce Management
• Work closely with the development team to set up and maintain product pages and category templates
• Ensure online content accurately represents Vermland's vision and needs
• Manage product imagery and plan renderings as needed
• Handle order processing and management
• Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies and campaigns
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in the design or furniture industry
• Proven track record in social media management and organic growth strategies
• Experience with performance marketing (search and social)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and content management systems
• Creative mindset with a refined aesthetic sensibility aligned with Vermland's vision
• Experience in newsletter creation and management
• Familiarity with Adobe Indesign and other relevant design software is a plus
