Hverdagen, located next to the vibrant area Kødbyen in Copenhagen, is a cafe and restaurant which offers fresh and high quality ingredients based on a sustainable and experimental approach. Combining the idea of a traditional restaurant with a collective dinery, the interior develops around an emblematic central table hanging from ceiling. Hverdagen gathers friends and family to experience an inclusive and social dining by having different areas, from individual seatings facing the transparent facades, to small group tables. Due to windows along both facades, the interior brightens up of natural light and its boundaries are extended to the exterior with benches and tables.
